The capacity of the machine is 150 TPD with a deckle size of 4300 mm. It is designed to manufacture Hi-BF kraft papers, Fluting media & Test liners. Designed speed of the machine is 350 MPM and operating speed is 300 MPM. Highlight of the machine is Single wire paper machine with proposed scope for top wire in future.
Scheduled start-up of production is June’2021 and total estimated project cost is INR 42 crore. Total Paper machine with Pulp mill equipment will be supplied by JMC Paper Tech.
