Mondi, a global leader in sustainable packaging and paper, will be exhibiting its portfolio of innovative sustainable packaging solutions at this year’s Scanpack for a wide range of end-markets.

The packaging leader is showcasing a selection of fit-for-purpose innovative solutions from its extensive packaging portfolio made from paper, plastic or a combination of both materials, all of which have been developed in close collaboration with customers. These include: mono-material vacuum packaging

One of the world’s first printed mono-material vacuum packaging for ground coffee, that is designed for recycling.

Created in partnership with Finnish coffee producer Paulig, this packaging replaces previously used multi-layer laminates with an aluminium layer, providing the same high barrier properties and product protection, as well as an easy opening feature.

FunctionalBarrier Paper range fibre-based packaging alternatives that are enhanced with a barrier and recyclable in existing paper waste streams across Europeas part of Mondi’s re-cycle portfolio. The fibre-based packaging works across many industrial and FMCG end markets and is suitable for eCommerce applications.
