Siddharth Shah : Molygraph Lubricants is a leader in the innovation, formulation, and manufacturer of super specialty lubricants. Our legacy is built on the firm foundation of the Anand Engineers, which was laid in 1976 by Mr. Jayantilal Shah with a great entrepreneurial spirit. The name “Anand” was adopted from Swami Vivekanand, whose exemplary life continues to inspire and motivate all of us, even today.

SS : The paper industry operates under extreme conditions where high temperatures, water ingress, and heavy loads are common occurrences.
These factors place significant demands on bearing lubrication, often leading to premature wear and reduced equipment lifespan. At Molygraph, we understand these challenges and have developed specialized lubricants to address them.
Our SGH 460 M grease is designed specifically for paper mill bearings, providing excellent high-temperature performance, exceptional water tolerance, and enhanced corrosion resistance. These features ensure that the bearings are well-protected, even in the wet and humid conditions prevalent in paper mills. Additionally, our grease exhibits superior structural stability, which is crucial for maintaining lubrication under shock loading and extended relubrication intervals.
PD : How does Molygraph’s SGH 460 M grease outperform conventional lubricants in the paper industry?

PD : In addition to paper mill bearings, what other applications can benefit from Molygraph’s SGH 460 M grease?

Our PUG 9000 Series, a high-performance polyurea grease, is specifically formulated for electric motor bearings, especially in sealed-for-life applications. SS : Our new product Flurotemp 512 is a high-performance PTFE thickened fluorinated synthetic grease designed for extreme high-temperature applications. This product offers exceptional resistance to oxidation and chemicals, ensuring reliable lubrication even in the most demanding environments. Ideal for use in single facer pressure roll bearings, Corrugator bearings, oven trolley bearings, godet bearings, roto molding arms, and hot bearings in plastic extrusion machines.
Looking ahead, we aim to expand our global footprint further, especially in emerging markets. We are also focused on advancing our R&D efforts to develop next-generation lubricants that cater to the evolving demands of various industries.
