PMPS is in the services of Paper Industries for the past 5 decades and lead by a post graduate engineer. PMPS is proud to introduce a new equipment to solve a difficult issue of removal of containments from Hydro pulper without manual introversion.

Reject master is developed by “PMPS” team with a pinch of extra care to remove containments from shushing pulper/ dilution pulper without manual intervention. This equipment is fitted suitably to pulper or dilution pulper VAT, functions only after 70% accept discharge concentrating removal of containments and completing the cycle.
Working Principle:
A pipe with bottom gate valve and top screen with holes is attached to pulper/ dilution pulper and properly sealed making it pressure proof to avoid stock leaks. An inter connecting valve is fitted to keep stock flow ON/OFF. Inside the pipe a screw conveyor of special profile is in rotation.
During reject cycle, the stock with contaminants enter through inlet port and the containments are carried upwards and delivered through reject port. During its journey towards reject port, the containments are washed for sticking fibre recovery and mostly fibre free containments are discharged through reject port.
The containments are dropped from top of pipe and can be collected suitably by cart/trolley/dump box as the case may be. Depending on quantum of containments those rejection cycle is divided 2 or 3 for one pulper discharge.
Power:
The equipment screw is driven by 2,2kw 1500rpm motor and operates during reject Cycle only.
A demo- model plant is available at works, customer can see and believe the functioning.
